Max is an Australian trained consultant urological surgeon and is the appointed Head of the Centre for Robotic Surgery (Urology) at the Sydney Adventist Hospital. With extensive experience in laparoscopic and robotic techniques, his special interests are the treatment of prostate cancer, kidney cancer and bladder cancer. Max performs minimally invasive surgery for benign prostate disease including Greenlight laser prostatectomy. He treats kidney stones, bladder and scrotal conditions and also offers other specialist urological services such as vasectomy, urodynamic studies and penile implants.

The da Vinci® robotic surgical system offers a minimally invasive alternative option to traditional open and laparoscopic surgery. Most of the complex urologic and gynaecologic surgical procedures may be performed with the da Vinci robotic system.
